This product is coarse crystalline
natural raw magnesite (also called macro-crystalline magnesite), which is a
natural ore composed almost entirely of magnesium carbonates (MgCO3).
The crystals are rhombohedral, often forming dense massive aggregates,
mostly in white or gray with glass gloss, hardness is 3.4-5, specific
gravity is 2.9-3.1, with high purity. It is mainly used in the manufacture
of refractories and the extraction of magnesium metal. Besides, it is also
used in the industries of cement, rubber, paper, sugar, chemical and
building materials. |
